Free Healthy Recipe - Baked Pumpkin in Shoyu
Dairy free, Low fat, Low sugar
Warming and delicious, this dish is a fast and easy complement to a winter meal.
Preheat oven to 200 degrees C. Cut pumpkin into large slices.
Place each pumpkin slice onto a piece of foil. Brush both sides of pumpkin with olive oil and then shoyu. Wrap pumpkin in the foil and place onto a baking tray. Bake in a hot oven for 20 minutes. Unwrap pumpkin and serve.
