Free Healthy Recipe - Strawberries with Natural Yogurt & Almonds

Gluten free, Low fat, Low GI, Low sugar, Wheat Free

This makes a great breakfast, snack or dessert.

Ingredients
1 punnet strawberries, hulled and thinly sliced
200 grams yoghurt, plain, greek style
½ cup mint leaves
4 tbsp almonds, flaked

Method

Wash, hull & slice strawberries.
Starting with strawberries, spoon alternating layers of strawberries, almonds, yogurt & mint into two small glasses. Finish by topping each glass with a mint sprig.
