Free Healthy Recipe - Toddlers Strawberry and Mango Frozen Yoghurt
Gluten free, Low carbohydrate, Low GI, Wheat Free
A fresh fruit frozen yoghurt high in vitamins A and C, as well as calcium. A Spring or Summer treat that's quick, easy and a healthier alternative to most commercial frozen yoghurts available.
300 grams full-cream vanilla yoghurt
125 grams strawberries
125 grams mango
Place all ingredients in a blender and whiz until smooth. Pour into six 100ml ice block moulds with lids, and then freeze for 6 hours or until set.
Tip: To remove frozen yoghurt from ice block mould, run under hot water for a few seconds then gently remove.
Storage: Best eaten within the week.
