Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Combine all the dry ingredients together in a large bowl. Melt the coconut oil in a small pan and add the agave and rosewater. Pour the mixture into the bowl with the other ingredients and using your hands, combine the mixture together to coat it completely with the syrup and oil.
Spread the mixture out onto 2 baking trays and bake for approximately 20 minutes turning regularly to prevent the granola burning. The granola is ready when the grain is toasted brown.
Transfer the mixture to a bowl to cool.
Store in an airtight container.
