Free Healthy Recipe - Banana, Spinach, Mango, Coconut Water Smoothie

Here's a quick delicious healthy breakfast drink to make when you're in a hurry and have to race out the door quickly.

Ingredients
1 banana peeled
30 grams English spinach, washed
½ cup mango
2 tsp honey
Method

Combine all the ingredients in a blender. Blend on high speed until smooth. Pour into a chilled glass. Serve.
