Free Healthy Recipe - Boosted Autumn Bircher Muesli
This is another delicious and healthy recipe from the popular weight loss book The Greengrocers Diet. Inspiring people towards delicious seasonal eating.
1 cup wholegrain rolled oats
125 ml pomegranate juice
1 tbs chia seeds
1 pomegranate seeds removed
250 grams low fat Greek yoghurt
½ tsp Ground cinnamon

Pour oats into a bowl with the pomegranate juice, chia seeds, pomegranate seeds and yoghurt. Stir to combine.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
Makes 2 servings
