Free Healthy Recipe - Barbecue Moroccan Prawns
Gluten free, Low carbohydrate, Wheat Free
A great lunch or dinner served with a huge green salad and steamed sweetcorn, or could serve eight people as an entree. Make sure to use camellia tea oil for its numerous health benefits.

¼ cup coriander, chopped
¼ cup parsley, chopped
½ tsp cumin
½ tsp cayenne pepper
2 cloves garlic, crushed
Camellia tea oil to taste
800 grams king prawns
natural yoghurt to serve
Process coriander, parsley, cumin, cayenne pepper and garlic to taste in a food processor until smooth. Add teaspoons of camellia tea oil one at a time until a smooth paste is formed. Peel prawns and marinate in the herb mixture for an hour.
Heat a flat grill on the barbecue until medium hot, add a thin layer of Cameillia Tea Oil and char grill prawns, turning once until opaque in colour.
