Free Healthy Recipe - Cauliflower with Poppyseed dressing

Dairy free, Low carbohydrate, Low fat, Low sugar

Serve this delicious side dish from Karla Maverick as a pickle to accompany a main meal.

½ small cauliflower, cut into florets
1/3 cup poppyseeds, roasted
1 tsp rice syrup
½ tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp olive oil
2 tbsp Miso
1½ tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp lemon rind, grated

Boil cauliflower in salted water until just render. Roast the poppyseeds. Blend poppyseeds in a bowl with the other ingredients while the cauliflower is cooking. Spoon the dressing over the cauliflower while warm. Serve warm or at room temperature.
