Cut the vegetables as suggested.
Heat the oil in a saucepan, and add onion, celery and potatoes and cook stirring for 5 minutes.
Add the stock and cook for a further 5 minutes , and then add the undrained Edgell Sweet Corn, cover and cook for a further 5 minutes.
Stir in cream cheese, prawns and smoked fish and cook covered for a further 5 minutes or until tender and the cream cheese has completely combined.
Add the dill and season with plenty of cracked black pepper.
