Free Healthy Recipe - Healthy Basics - Tuna, Rocket and Salad Sandwich

Low fat, Low GI

For a twist on the traditional sandwich, toast in a sandwich press, or even serve open and heap the toasted bread with extra salad.

1 small can tuna in springwater, drained
½ cup rocket
10 capers
3 slices avocado
4 thin slices tomato

Slice vegetables and rinse and drain capers.

Put sandwich together.
