This tasty breakfast recipe is from the summer section of The Greengrocer's Diet. Most people who try it say they can't believe that something that tastes so good could possibly help them lose weight.

Ingredients
1 multigrain wrap
2 tsp chia seeds
1 cup cherries, pitted and halved

Method

Spread the wrap with ricotta and sprinkle with chia seeds. Add cherries,roll up and enjoy immediately.
