



Free Healthy Recipe - Macadamia mayonnaise
Dairy free, Gluten free, Low carbohydrate, Low GI, Low sugar, Wheat Free
Mayonnaise is high in fat but it's the good stuff - mono unsaturated fats which we can all benefit from.
This macadamia mayonnaise is decadent and delicious and ridiculously easy to make. I have tried it with other brands of macadamia oil but find Brookfarm to be the best by far.
Ingredients
1 egg yolk
1 tsp dijon mustard
200 ml macadamia oil
½ lemon juice

Place egg yolks in a glass bowl. Add Dijon and beat together with electric hand beater. Makes 12 servings
