



Free Healthy Recipe - Anti-inflammatory green smoothie
Dairy free, Gluten free, Low carbohydrate, Low fat, Low sugar, Wheat Free
If you feel a little old and creaky from feasting too much during the festive period, take a break from the occasional meal and replace it with this anti - inflammatory drink. (It's the green one !)
Ingredients
2 cups baby spinach, washed
1 cup celery, trimmed
2 cm piece of ginger
¼ tsp ground turmeric, or 2 cm piece of peeled fresh turmeric
1 tray frozen coconut water cubes
½ limes
1 cup cold water

Prepare all the ingredients and place in a higher and blend until completely smooth. Store in the fridge in an airtight container and drink throughout the day. Makes 2 servings
