Free Healthy Recipe - Fresh blueberries with apple and oats

Low GI, Low sugar, Wheat Free

This recipe from the spring section of The Greengrocer's Diet is ridiculously easy and quick to make.
Make double the amount and on the second day it turns into a berry bircher muesli.

Ingredients
1 green apple cored and grated
½ cup apple juice
1 tbs pepitas
1 sprinkle cinnamon

Method

Combine the oats and grated apple in a large bowl. Stir in the apple juice, yoghurt and blueberries.

Serve mixture in 2 bowls and sprinkle with pepitas and cinnamon.

Makes 2 servings
