Free Healthy Recipe - Hot smoked salmon and rocket salad

Dairy free, Low GI, Low sugar, Wheat Free

Ingredients
1 carrot peeled and diced
1 handful rocket
30 grams avocado
Method

In a medium bowl, combine the salmon, celery, carrot, tomato, olive oil and lemon juice together. Season with cracked black pepper.

Arrange the rocket on a serving plate and top with the salmon mixture.

Spread the avocado on rye crackers and serve alongside the salad.
