Free Healthy Recipe - Coconut and berry bircher

Low GI, Low sugar, Wheat Free

This is a quick and easy breakfast to enjoy most mornings - you can soak the oats overnight but you don't need to. Half and hour before eating is enough.

Ingredients
½ cup rolled oats
Method

Pour the oats in a bowl with the coconut water. Set aside to soak for half an hour or longer. Add the coconut flakes and serve with berries and yoghurt.
