Free Healthy Recipe - Green super smoothie

Dairy free, Gluten free, Low fat, Low sugar, Wheat Free

If you want to blast your body with nutrients first thing in the morning this is one of the best ways to do it. Grab a high speed blender and it's ready in a few minutes. We've been experimenting this winter and this is one of my new favourites.

Ingredients
2 cups purple kale, washed and chopped
1 cup celery, washed and chopped
1 kiwi fruit unpeeled
2 dates pitted
¼ lemon washed and unpeeled
3 cups water
Method

Place all the ingredients in the blender and process at high speed until completely smooth. Drink as soon as possible or store in an airtight bottle and drink within the day of making.
