Free Healthy Recipe - Maple and rooibos baked quince

Gluten free, Low fat

Ingredients
4 quince washed and quartered
2 cups rooibos tea
¼ cup maple syrup
Method

Preheat oven to 150 degrees

Place quince, cut side down on a baking tray
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over quince
Place in oven to bake for 1 1/2 hours or until the liquid has reduced to a syrup and the quince is tender and the flesh is pink
When the quince is cool enough to handle, use a spoon to scoop out the core from each quarter
Serve with yoghurt, cream or cashew cream
