Free Healthy Recipe - Fresh Watermelon & Mint Juice

Dairy free, Gluten free, Low fat, Wheat Free

This refreshing juice is delightfully cooling on a hot day.

Ingredients
1 kg watermelon, peeled and cut into chunks
1 cup mint, (fresh), leaves
ice cubes to serve
Method

Ensure the watermelon is peeled and cubed.

Place watermelon & mint in a juicer. Juice. Divide juice into 4 glasses, add ice cubes and enjoy.
