Pour oats into a bowl with the pomegranate juice, chia seeds, pomegranate seeds and yoghurt. Stir to combine.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
Spoon into 2 serving bowls the next morning, sprinkle with cinnamon and enjoy
