Preheat grill on medium high heat. Line a grill tray with foil.
Add maple syrup, lime rind and cinnamon together in a small jug and whisk until well combined.
Place figs, cut side up, on the grill tray. Drizzle maple syruo mixture over the top and grill figs for 4-5 minutes or until light golden in colour.
Place a slice of ricotta onto each plate, top with figs, drizzle with cooking syrup and serve.
