Preheat the oven to 200 degrees celcius.
Spread the pecans over the base of a roasting pan. Roast in the oven for 6-10 minutes or until lightly browned. Set aside to cool.
To make the dressing, place the dressing ingredients in a screw top jar and shake well. Season with salt & pepper.
Place the salad leaves on a plate or bowl, top with figs and pecans.Drizzle with dressing and serve.
